Loverny Love Yoga Studio Policy

Studio Procedures:

1. Students are strongly encouraged to preregister for classes at least 30 mins before class time; walk-ins cannot be guaranteed space. Online reservations should be made at least 15 mins in advance.

2. Please arrive to the virtual studio no more than 15 minutes before class starts. The virtual door will lock at the start of class and you will still be charged if not present.

3. If you’re not coming to class, please remove yourself from the list up to 30 minutes before class starts. No-shows and late cancellations (within 30 mins of class start time) will still be charged for class: for class pass holders, a class will be removed from your card and Unlimited Members will be charged a $5 fee.

4. Please do not come into the in-person studio events if you are feeling unwell, or if you’ve been around someone with Covid; Get tested proactively; Be mindful if you’ve traveled to areas with large crowds, high Covid transmission rates, and/or low vaccination rates.

5. Make sure that you have read and signed the NEW WAIVER *you will not be able to attend class until the waiver is complete.*

 

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees:

• Please remove yourself from the class roster if you no longer plan on attending

• A late cancellation is any cancellation made within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time of class

• A no show is if you do not show up for class, or if you show up late for class and the doors are locked

• If you have a Class Pass, a class will be removed from your pass

• If you have an Unlimited Membership, you will be charged $5

Rest assured your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to share with us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support. We will never share your personal or financial information with any outside parties.

Maximum Capacity Policy

In-studio classes have a set capacity, reflected in online registration numbers, to ensure all participants have personal space to practice comfortably. Participants are strongly encouraged to pre-register for class; walk-ins cannot be guaranteed space. The studio reserves the right to turn walk-ins away if the studio class is full. This ensure the safety of everyone. We value your understanding.

Lost Item Policy

Loverny Love Yoga will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items under any circumstances, so we recommend you refrain from bringing valuables into the in-person studio events. We do, however, provide a ‘Lost and Found’ box for items students may leave behind, like yoga mats, clothing or water bottles. ‘Lost and Found’ items will either be donated or disposed of every 60 days.

Gift Cards Refund Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. Sorry, no exceptions. You may transfer your gift over to a friend or family member. We value your understanding.
