Service Description

A therapeutic practice that utilizes sound vibrations to enable relaxation and help promote all around well-rounded mental, physical and emotional healing. Restorative yoga is gentle practice that allows the body to open up at it’s own pace while using props for support as we hold poses for 5 - 8 minutes without effort or force. This allows the body to relax deeply while the mind rests. All levels welcome.
